Retrofit/Upgrade Existing Equipment
One benefit of all of Casso-Solar’s equipment being custom built is that we have extreme flexibility when designing machinery. Often a customer may have an existing piece of equipment on a production line that is a bottleneck for their process.
In these cases, Casso-Solar can either provide an infrared “booster” section to be placed before/after the equipment to increase its production capacity or our Engineering team can design heater assemblies that can be installed within the existing equipment to improve performance. This approach can often provide nearly as much benefit as an entirely new piece of equipment at a fraction of the cost.
With a variety of designs and heater types to choose from, we are able to increase the productivity of a wide range of equipment, but this sort of upgrade is particularly useful for a process that currently uses convection heating only and could benefit from the addition of infrared heating.
