Our Applications team works directly with our customers to design a custom solution tailored to fit their needs. Utilizing our 60 years of experience building process heating solutions for a wide range of industries we design equipment that is uniquely suited to your process and your facility.
To support our design efforts, we maintain a testing lab where we can process samples allowing us to determine the proper wavelength and intensity of infrared heating to use. We welcome our customers to visit and actively participate in this process if desired.
Engineering
After a custom design has been completed and agreed upon, our world-class Engineering team gets to work on creating a detailed 3D model and drawing set of the equipment. Through every step of the process, our team will be in contact to discuss how to best engineer the equipment to maximize its utility for your unique application.
For equipment that is being integrated into an existing process, our team will work with you to ensure a seamless fit for a smooth installation. In addition, our controls engineers can help incorporate the new equipment into any existing programming logic or control scheme.
