Flat Belt Conveyorized Oven

Flat Belt Conveyorized Oven

Flat belt conveyor systems are often used for processing small or flat parts that are only coated on one side.

This allows for a simpler conveying system and the potential for multiple rows of parts running simultaneously.

Casso-Solar Technologies produces dryers, furnaces and cooling equipment for these processes.

When running multiple rows of parts, the equipment is designed with multiple zones across the width of the oven for precise control over the process.

Exit temperature monitoring can be provided to allow for closed-loop feedback based on the part temperature.

Depending on the parts to be conveyed and the specific handling requirements multiple different types of conveyor belts are available, ranging from Teflon-coated fiberglass mesh belts to metal wire mesh belts.
