The Casso-Solar Technologies Fibergas-IITM heater is manufactured to be resistant to mechanical and thermal shocks while delivering both rapid heat-up and rapid cool-down with 30 seconds.
Fibergas-IITM panels incorporate a unique edge which allows radiant output to the full perimeter of the radiant surface.
The design does not require any additional cooling source or special cooling channels to keep edges from degradation.
This simplifies system design, reduces hardware requirements and maintenance.
High Intensity Applications
These high intensity gas driven infrared heaters are designed to evenly distribute fuel and provide consistent velocities within it to promote combustion precisely at the burner face, increasing efficiency and providing operating temperatures up to 1800°F.
Additionally, these heaters have ultimate flexibility as they can be operated horizontally or in face-up or face-down orientations.
